Will it fit?

You need 230 × 151 cm of floor as a sofa. As a bed, the base pulls forward: allow 204 cm from the wall plus room to walk round. It arrives in 3 flat boxes; the longest is 207 cm and the widest 83 cm, so every box goes through a standard 76 cm UK internal door on its edge (28 to 41 cm thick).

Check that a 207 cm box can turn in your hallway and on the stairs.

Changing your mind

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back. We refund you within 14 days of getting it back, or of your proof that you have sent it, including the standard delivery charge you paid.

If something is faulty

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If something arrives faulty or damaged, you can reject it for a full refund within 30 days. After that, we will repair or replace it, or refund you if that is not possible. We pay the return costs for faulty items. Contact us with photos as soon as you can.

Returns and refunds

Tell us you are cancelling by email or phone. Items should be unused and, where possible, in their original packaging. Because of their size, most furniture returns are collected rather than posted back; we arrange this with you. If you change your mind, the return cost is yours to pay.
