Why you’ll like it
- One space, two jobs. No second appliance and no stacking: it washes up to 9 kg and dries up to 6 kg in the same drum.
- Dries by sensing, not by guessing. Moisture sensors adjust the drying so clothes aren’t over-dried. DryOnly dries hand-washed items without a wash cycle.
- Fresher if you forget it. FreshCare+ uses steam and gentle tumbling to limit odours for up to 6 hours after the wash, and creases for up to 6 hours after drying.
- Fits a standard niche. 59.5 cm wide and 54 cm deep: shallower than many 60 cm machines, so it sits flush with most kitchen and utility runs.

Will it fit?
It needs a space at least 60 cm wide, 55 cm deep and 86 cm high. Leave about 1 cm each side and 5 to 10 cm behind for the hoses and plug. The top isn’t removable, so under a worktop you need at least 86 cm of clear height. It arrives in one piece, about 66 kg plus packaging: allow about 65 cm of clear width on the way in.

Returns

Secure payment
Card payments are taken on Shopify’s secure checkout. Your card details go straight to the payment provider and never reach us, and we never see or store them.
Changing your mind
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back. We refund you within 14 days of getting it back, or of your proof that you have sent it, including the standard delivery charge you paid.
If something is faulty
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If something arrives faulty or damaged, you can reject it for a full refund within 30 days. After that, we will repair or replace it, or refund you if that is not possible. We pay the return costs for faulty items. Contact us with photos as soon as you can.
Returns and refunds
Tell us you are cancelling by email or phone. Items should be unused and, where possible, in their original packaging. Because of their size, most furniture returns are collected rather than posted back; we arrange this with you. If you change your mind, the return cost is yours to pay. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Smaller items are sent by courier and usually arrive in 3 to 5 working days; larger pieces usually take 7 to 14 working days. Large items are delivered by two people, to the room of your choice. The delivery cost is shown at checkout, before you pay.

Every product is covered by your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and nothing in our terms takes them away.
